Administrative Assistant / Internal Sales All-rounder (m/f/d)
We are an internationally active, medium-sized trading company and are looking for a structured and reliable individual who enjoys organization, coordination, and day-to-day operations to strengthen our internal sales team.
Your tasks
- Processing and managing customer orders
- Support in purchasing and order processing
- Coordination of delivery dates and transport
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Assistance in resolving discrepancies and complaints
What you should bring
- Commercial training or comparable experience
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of organization and coordination
- Proficiency in common IT systems (ERP/Office an advantage)
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
