Our offer is exclusively aimed at commercial customers in the gastronomy industry. All personal data that we process is data of our customers’ employees, which we, as the point of contact, require for the purpose of processing the orders. Collecting the data serves the exclusive purpose of fulfilling all activities within the scope of a contract conclusion or the pre-contractual measures pursuant to Art. [sic 6] (1) lit. b) GDPR. Contact data you provide to us is used exclusively to initiate contact (Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR). If no pre-contractual measures arise or if no contract materialises, this data will be deleted.

Non-customers who are interested in receiving a newsletter, a product catalogue or product information, can register after granting a consent and use the services of Milchproduktenhandel Oberland eG (Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR).

No personal data is processed in any third countries outside of the EU.

Otherwise, data is transferred to third parties only with the consent from the data subject.

Purpose of the data processing, erasure of your data

The length of time for which data is stored depends on the statutory requirements and the purpose of the data storage. When the purpose of the data processing is no longer given, the data will be erased. In general, collected personal data will be erased if the relevant consent is revoked, the data is verifiably incorrect, the data has been collected illegitimately or if legal regulations or statutory requirements do not demand that data is stored (e.g. in the case of invoice data after 10 years). If no legal reasons are given for the storing, each data subject has the right to correction, erasure or restriction of the processing of his/her personal data.

Right to revoke and access the data according to Art. 13 (2) lit. a), b) and d) GDPR

If the data subject has granted a consent, he/she can revoke it at any time without affecting the legitimacy of the processing that has taken place up until the revocation. Each customer can initiate the revocation and erasure simply by sending an email. Recipients of newsletters, catalogues and product descriptions can unsubscribe from the mailing of such information and also exercise a revocation by sending an email message.

Each data subject will receive information on request about which personal data is processed by us.

You can apply for jobs with us by phone or email. Please send us your application documents containing confidential information only in encrypted form. Unencrypted emails and attachments are not secure.

We classify documents of job applications as confidential. If you are not hired in result, documents sent through electronic channels will be deleted after 6 months according to the AGG [General Equal Treatment Act]. We will return any documents to you that you have sent by letter.

Other rights

Anyone whose data privacy rights are violated has a right to lodge complaint with the Bavarian State Data Protection Supervisory Office or another supervisory authority in Germany or Europe (Art. 13 (2) lit. d) GDPR).

Email communication is transmitted via the unsecured internet. We point out that the internet harbours many dangers of attacks and that an absolutely secure transmission cannot be guaranteed.
