Erzherzog JohannThe world champion pleasure. The "Erzherzog Johann" is a hard cheese with at least 55% f.i.dm. It´s light yellow, closed dough has occasionally pin-sized holes. It is made from fresh raw milk mixed with thermophilic cultures. The maturation period is at least 6 months. It has a smooth consistency, but also rubs well and has a typical spicy taste.

The "Erzherzog Johann" won the World Championship Cheese Contest in the USA, the world's largest international cheese competition, with the world championship titles 2008, 2010 and 2014 as well as the "Käse Kaiser" 2016, the highest Austrian award in the category "Hard cheese". Available in loaf forms or in wedge pieces.
